If your model cannot be decoded by serial number you can use our manual decode service. When you pay £5.00 for a serial number decode and the code doesn't work we can manually decode your unit for only £5.00 plus P&P (£11.50)

Serial Number decodes will be successful if...

  • You send us the correct details (Model / Serial numbers)
  • The code hasn't been changed during a manual decode.
  • Your model is in our database (a refund will be given for models not is our database)
